  1. Digital products (supplier links, guides, training)

Delivery method: All digital products are delivered instantly via on-screen access and email after successful payment.

No shipping charges: Digital products do not incur any shipping or handling fees.

If you still can't find your email, contact us at support@vintedresells.com with your name and order number and we'll resend your access.

  1. Physical items – free promotional "mystery bag"

From time to time we run promotions that include a free vintage mystery bag when you meet certain order conditions (for example, spending £50+ on eligible products). These bags are sent as a bonus item alongside your digital purchase.

Processing time

Orders that qualify for a mystery bag are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days of payment confirmation.

We dispatch Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Delivery estimates

Once dispatched, typical delivery times are:

UK (mainland): approx. 2–4 working days after dispatch.

Europe / International: approx. 5–10 working days after dispatch (varies by country and carrier).

These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur during busy periods (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas), due to courier issues or customs.

Shipping costs

For UK customers, mystery bags may be shipped free of charge where stated in the promotion.

For customers outside the UK, shipping fees for the mystery bag (if applicable) will be shown at checkout. Any customs duties, taxes or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking and delivery issues

Where available, a shipping confirmation and tracking link will be emailed once your mystery bag has been dispatched.

If your mystery bag has not arrived 10 working days after the upper end of the relevant estimate, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the courier.
