Vinted Resells ("we", "us", "our") is operated by VINTEDRESELLS LTD, registered in England under company number 16344052.
We primarily provide digital products and services: educational guides, step-by-step playbooks, and directories of legitimate wholesale suppliers. We do not sell or broker branded goods and we are not a marketplace. You buy stock directly from any third-party suppliers or platforms you choose to use.
From time to time, we may also send physical promotional items (for example, free "mystery bags") linked to qualifying orders. These gifts have no separate cash value and are subject to availability and the promo terms in place at the time of purchase.
No affiliation. "Vinted Resells" is independent and not affiliated, associated, authorised, endorsed by, or connected with Vinted Limited or any fashion brands mentioned. All third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services, or use them only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.
You agree to:

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably suspect misuse, sharing, fraud or other violations of these Terms.

Never use our directory to source or sell counterfeit, mislabelled or grey-market goods.
Avoid misrepresenting any affiliation with brands, platforms, or suppliers.
We may suspend or terminate access to our products/services, without refund, if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
Nature of information and third-party suppliers
We provide vetted references and educational content. However:
Supplier availability, pricing, quality and shipping can change without notice.
You deal directly with any supplier or platform you choose to use.
You remain responsible for your own due diligence and for complying with platform rules and local laws.
We do not control third-party suppliers or platforms and are not responsible for their actions, products or policies.
Payments, digital delivery and cooling-off
Payments are processed by our chosen payment providers (such as Shopify Payments, Stripe or others). Prices include taxes where stated.
Digital products are generally delivered instantly via on-screen access and/or email after successful payment.
By completing a purchase for digital content:
You request that we begin supplying the digital content immediately; and
Where applicable by law, you acknowledge that you may lose any statutory "cooling-off" right to cancel once digital delivery has begun.

Refunds and the 90-Day First-Sale Guarantee
Our standard refund rules and the full 90-Day First-Sale Guarantee are described in our Refund Policy. In summary only:
Digital products are generally non-refundable once delivered, except where a product explicitly carries our 90-Day First-Sale Guarantee or a refund is required by law.
Where a product is covered by the guarantee and you follow the required steps but do not make a sale within 90 days, we will audit your setup, provide a 1:1 optimisation, and if there is still no sale after you implement the plan, issue a refund or store credit as specified on the product page.

PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS, AND GIVEAWAYS
From time to time, we may run promotions (for example, Black Friday discounts, free "mystery bag" bonuses, or prize draw entries such as the Rolex Giveaway). Unless clearly stated otherwise:
Availability: Promotions are time-limited and may change or end without notice. Free gifts are subject to stock availability. Prize draws (including the Rolex Giveaway) are strictly limited to the specific promotional period stated.
No Cash Value: Free gifts and promotional entries (including the automatic entry for the Rolex Giveaway) are bonuses linked to eligible orders and have no independent cash value. No cash alternative is available for any entry or free gift.
Returns & Guarantees: Free gifts and promotional items are not covered by the 90-Day First-Sale Guarantee.
If a customer returns a paid order for a refund, any associated free gift must also be returned in unused condition, or its value may be deducted from the refund.
Crucially: If a qualifying order is returned or refunded, any associated entry into the Rolex Giveaway (or other prize draws) will be immediately voided and removed from the draw.

Non-Affiliation & Authenticity: We are not affiliated, associated, authorised, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Rolex SA or any of its subsidiaries. The name "Rolex" is a registered trademark of its respective owner. The prize offered is a genuine item purchased legally by us for this promotion.
Winner Selection: The winner of the Rolex Giveaway (and any other prize draw) will be selected at random via a verifiable computer process. The result is final.
Earnings and results disclaimer
We provide education, tools and supplier information. We do not guarantee any particular results, income, or level of success. Your outcomes will depend on your own effort, skills, budget, market conditions, and how you use third-party platforms and suppliers.
Nothing on our site or in our products is financial, legal or tax advice. You should consult appropriate professionals before making business or financial decisions.
Intellectual property
All content on our site and within our products (including text, guides, checklists, videos, branding, logos and designs) is owned by Vinted Resells or licensed to us.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use our materials for your own business purposes. You may not:
Reproduce, distribute, resell, or share our content with others.
Upload our materials to public platforms, file-sharing sites or marketplaces.
We reserve all rights not expressly granted.
Chargebacks and disputes
If there is an issue with your order or access, you agree to contact us first at support@vintedresells.com so we can attempt to resolve it.
If you initiate an unauthorised or fraudulent chargeback, we may:
Immediately revoke access to our products and community.
Provide evidence of delivery and usage to the payment processor.
Refuse future service at our discretion.
This is to protect our business from abuse while still respecting genuine consumer rights.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss (including lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill) arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or products.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or products shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.
